BitKettle ("we", "us") is an independent technology company that builds its own products and engineers solutions for clients. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run this website.

• Contact form. If you send us a message, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, company (optional), the type of inquiry, and your message.
• Email. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include.
• Theme preference. Your choice of light, dark, or system theme is stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. It is never sent to us.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data (such as IP address and request details) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal data.

How we use it

We use contact details only to read and reply to your message, and to follow up on the project or partnership you ask about. We keep messages for as long as needed for that purpose, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Third parties

• Cloudflare hosts and secures this website.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers.
• Email delivery. Contact form messages are delivered to us through a transactional email provider.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive personal or financial information through the contact form.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
